Job Description
Patient Care:
Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications, managing ventilators, feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and other medical devices.
Conduct supervisory visits every two weeks (plus monthly, or every 60 days) to our patients at their homes.
Monitor and assess the child’s condition regularly, recognizing and responding to any changes in status.
Perform and document clinical assessments, including vital signs, pain management, and overall well‑being.
Implement and follow the child's care plan as prescribed by the physician.
Coordination of Care
Collaborate with the healthcare team and other nurses to ensure comprehensive care.
Communicate any changes in the child’s condition to the physician and healthcare team promptly.
General Accountabilities
Provide supervisory management to parent caregiver.
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
Monitor all aspects of patient care.
Prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Preferred) or LPN.
RN License in the state of Georgia or LPN.
CPR Certification (Required).
Desired Experience
1‑2 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Dependable with reliable transportation and a current driver's license.
Job Details

Pay: Up to $4000 per Month.
