Job Summary
Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate PM Nurse to join our team at our Daytona Beach, Florida facility. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents, while also promoting a positive and respectful environment.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Educate residents and their families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
