Preferred Schedule: 8hr shifts; 2 CRNAs needed daily; ongoing weeks available through 2026 (approx. 60-day credentialing; temp privileges available with active license)
Worksite Setting: 25-bed hospital; 2 ORs; Independent ALL-CRNA practice
Scope of Work: Bread & butter cases Podiatry (Tues only), Endo, Eyes, Urology, Ortho, OB ( 100 deliveries/yr; no VBACs), light peds ENT (6 mos+); Spinals, Epidurals & Blocks required (Adductor canal, TAP, iPack, Interscalene, LE/Popliteal; minimal PECS)
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WI License (preferred), NBCRNA, BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP, DEA
