
Qualified Nursery Practitioner

We are looking for a passionate experienced Level 2 or 3 Qualified Practitioner to join our warm, welcoming, and nurturing nursery. Our children thrive, staff feel valued and we pride ourselves on delivering high‑quality care and education. Working hours:
40–45 hours per week.
Pay:
Level 3: up to £13.26 per hour (approximately £31,028.40 for 45 hours). Level 2: up to £12.86 per hour (approximately £30,092.40 for 45 hours).
Responsibilities
Support the delivery of engaging learning experiences following the EYFS framework.
Take responsibility for supporting children's development and learning through play.
Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Observe, assess and record children’s progress.
Support the implementation of nursery routines and maintain high standards of care.
Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Passion for working with young children.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
A positive, team‑focused attitude.
