
Executive Assistant for Fintech Executive Team

A rapidly growing fintech startup in New York is seeking its first Executive Assistant to support a dynamic leadership team.
This is a newly created position and a unique opportunity to build and shape the Executive Assistant function from the ground up. You will provide high‑level support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations while acting as a strategic partner in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex, ever‑changing calendars across multiple executives
Coordinate extensive global travel, including frequent international conferences
Serve as a central point of coordination to keep leadership aligned and on schedule
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as the company scales
Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline workflows
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a relevant field (startup, technology, fintech, or high‑growth environment preferred)
Proven experience as a career Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
Strong ability to operate independently with minimal direction
Demonstrated experience managing complex travel and scheduling logistics
Prior startup experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Comfort with AI tools (e.g., Claude) or a strong willingness to learn
Mandarin language skills are a plus due to global client exposure
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
