Clinical Scope & Volume The locum provider will manage a comprehensive adult patient population across hematology and oncology service lines.

• Support: Dedicated oncology nursing and NP staff for inpatient management.

Provider Requirements

• Board Status: Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology (Required).
• Licensure: Active Virginia (VA) Medical License (Required).
• Certifications: Active BLS (Required).
• Background: Clean background history.
• Documentation: A Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation is mandatory (Required).
