About the role

Wing Shack is seeking a hospitality-driven Bartender for our Laramie Shack location in our fleet. This role is ideal for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

While bartending will be a primary responsibility, this position requires flexibility and a team-first mindset. Team members are expected to support all areas of the restaurant, including front-of-house service and kitchen operations, to ensure smooth shifts and outstanding hospitality at every touchpoint.

What you'll do

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards

Provide friendly, attentive service that creates a welcoming guest experience

Support front-of-house service, including taking orders, running food, and guest engagement

Assist in kitchen operations as needed, including food prep and expo support

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant

Work collaboratively with the team to manage high-volume service efficiently

Run kitchen and front of the house shifts as necessary

Train and lead in all aspects of the restaurant to be the next point of contact when the General Manager is not present at the restaurant.

Qualifications

Strong hospitality mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Ability to multitask and perform well in a high-volume environment

Willingness to work all areas of the restaurant, not just behind the bar

Reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering great guest experiences

2-3 years of full-service bartending experience

3-5 years of hospitality experience

The pay range for this role is:

16.50 - 19 USD per hour (Wing Shack Laramie)
