JOB SUMMARY
The Clinic Manageris responsible foroverseeing the daily operations of assigned clinic location(s) to ensure high-quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience. This role works closely with Clinic Supervisors to ensure clinics are appropriately staffed, equipped, andoperatingefficiently. The Clinic Managermaintainsworking knowledge of all front-office and back-office functions and ensures all staff adhere toestablishedprocedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure OSHA and HIPAA compliance across assigned clinic locations.
Conduct employee interviews, coaching, re‑training, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Clinic Supervisors, team leads, and clinic staff.
Oversee front desk operations, including check‑in/check‑out procedures and scheduling workflows.
Monitor waiting room and patient flow tomaintainefficiency and patient satisfaction.
Oversee Medical Assistant operations and daily workflow; escalatissues to the Director of Clinic Services/Back of House, asappropriate.
Monitor supplies and equipment to ensure adequate inventory and functionality.
Evaluate clinic operations regularly toidentifyopportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related fieldrequired; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a medical office, clinic operations, or healthcare administration role.
Experience working in a multi‑site or fast‑paced healthcare environment.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HIPAA.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical workflow processes.
Demonstrated ability to improve clinic operations, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Experience overseeing both front‑office and back‑office functionsstronglypreferred.
