As a

AEM Content Specialist , you’ll support digital experiences across 10+ brands and websites, playing a key role in website migrations and content management within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
You’ll work within a centralized digital team, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and QA partners to deliver high-quality web experiences.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities

Support ongoing website migrations (initially 3–4 sites) from Adobe AMS to Adobe Cloud
Build and update landing pages using AEM components
Manage site navigation and publish web content across multiple brand sites
Upload and organize digital assets within a DAM system
Identify, log, and assist in testing bugs and enhancements
Collaborate with Product Owners, QA teams, developers, and Marketing Managers
Ensure content meets SEO, analytics, and performance standards
Troubleshoot display and responsiveness issues using HTML/CSS knowledge
Team Structure

Work alongside a team of 3
Report into Marketing Technology leadership
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – required
Migration from Adobe AMS to Adobe Cloud
Familiarity with tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps preferred
Exposure to Adobe Target, Launch, or Marketo is a plus
Basic Qualifications

~4+ years of relevant experience (flexible for strong candidates)
Hands-on experience with AEM or similar CMS platforms
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end functionality
Experience supporting CMS migrations and content publishing workflows
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have

Experience in large enterprise environments
Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Schedule & Logistics

Full-time: 40 hours/week
Preferred working hours: CST (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
Fully remote or hybrid flexibility
