Position Summary
The Workplace Experience Ambassador serves as the front-line representative of workplace services, delivering a high-quality, seamless experience for employees, guests, and clients. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, efficient, and productive environment by supporting day-to-day workplace operations, coordinating services, and enhancing overall occupant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace-related inquiries, requests, and support
Greet employees and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
Coordinate and support daily office operations including meeting rooms, events, and common areas
Manage and track service requests through workplace systems (e.g., ticketing/work order platforms) and ensure timely resolution
Assist with work order management, including intake, tracking, and follow-up
Perform and support audits of workplace spaces, services, and processes to ensure compliance and quality standards
Assist with temporary badge issuance and access coordination as needed
Support email and calendar management for workplace services and shared resources
Coordinate with and support vendor management activities, including scheduling, communication, and oversight as needed
Partner with facilities, janitorial, security, and vendors to maintain a clean, safe, and functional workplace
Assist with space planning, seating arrangements, and workplace moves as needed
Monitor and restock office supplies, pantry items, and shared resources
Support workplace events, employee engagement activities, and client visits
Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify and resolve issues proactively
Maintain accurate records, logs, and reporting related to workplace services
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in workplace services, facilities support, hospitality, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace service platforms
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Onsite role at Annapolis Junction location. May require occasional travel to Columbia, MD
Requires standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs)
Occasional support outside normal business hours for events or urgent needs
