The Role
As a Client Success Associate, you’ll work directly with our Sales Director and broader team to guide clients through the domain acquisition process. This is a

client-facing, communication-heavy role

that requires strong writing, sound judgment, and attention to detail. You will not just "support sales"—you will help shape client experience, manage relationships, and ensure deals move forward smoothly and professionally. This is an ideal role for someone with

who wants exposure to startups, branding, and high-value transactions.

What You’ll Do

Communicate directly with buyers and sellers via email and calls, representing Atom professionally

Guide clients through domain selection and acquisition decisions

Support deal flow by coordinating with the Sales Director and internal team

Manage and maintain relationships with domain sellers

Assist in organizing and improving client communication processes

Contribute to branding‑related initiatives tied to domain sales

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in client-facing, account management, or communication-heavy roles

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (clear, thoughtful, professional)

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations at once

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment

High ownership mindset—someone who follows through and takes responsibility

Interest in startups, branding, or technology

Bonus: Experience in sales, marketplaces, or negotiation-based environments
