- MD: 6:30a-4p, 10a-9p, 3p-12a, 9p-7a Monday; 6:30a-4p, 10a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a Tuesday; 6:30a-4p, 11a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a Wednesday-Friday; 7a-4p, 11a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a Saturday & Sunday
- Job Setting: Hospital Emergency Department
- Credentialing: 90 day privileging timeframe
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC/BE EM/FM/IM with 2 years EM experience
- Licensure: Active OH license and DEA required or IMLC with ability to quickly obtain OH license and DEA
