OBH is fully accredited, providing high quality care in a compassionate environment to many tourists and local patients within their community. This full-service critical access hospital offers a wide range of services, reaching 350,000 visits during their summer season. • Seeking coverage starting April:
- April 3, 12: 10a-10p
- April 6: 7a-7p
- April 7: 6a-4p
- April 30: 6p-6a
- May 2,10: 10a-10p
- May 17, 23, 29, 30: 7a-7p
- May 10, 23, 24: 6a-4p
- May 5, 9, 10: 6p-6a
- May 5-13, 25, 31: 7p-7a
- May 24, 30, 31: 10-8p
- May 13, 14, 22: 2p-12a
- May 15-21, 25, 29-31: 4p-2a
• Shift Times Vary
• Average of 1.8 patients per hour
• Average of 18-20 patients per day
• No ICU/Critical care Duties
• Responds to Codes
• Hospitalist handles admissions
• Specialty Backup: Anesthesia and Radiologist
• Must be BC Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- If BC FM/IM, you must have all CPR Certs: BLS, PALS, ACLS, ATLS
• Must have NC State License and DEA
• EMR: EPIC
• 4-6 weeks to privilege
