REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Psychiatric evaluations

• Medication management

• Treatment planning for IOP/PHP patients

• Collaboration with behavioral health care teams

• Documentation of patient encounters

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active CT license

• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

• DEA: Required

• Experience: Experience in Behavioral Health and IOP/PHP settings preferred

• Other Qualifications: Strong communication and patient care skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide psychiatric care for adult patients in IOP/PHP program

• Conduct evaluations and manage medications

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
