Facility in Lewisburg, PA seeking Anesthesiology locums coverage Rates: $400/hr Opportunity Highlights 
- Start Date: May 10, 2026.
- Contract Length: Ongoing (13-week initial blocks).
- Schedule: Five 10-hour shifts per week (07 00).
- Call Requirements: Must be able to take 16-hour night call (3:00 PM 7:00 AM) during the week as needed.
- Care Model: Anesthesiologists supervise a 1:3 CRNA-to-room ratio.
- EMR: EPIC.
- Case Mix: Orthopedics (High Volume), Robotics, Vascular, OB/GYN, General Surgery, GI, Pediatrics, Plastics, and Urology.
- Required Techniques: MAC, Spinal anesthesia, and Ultrasound-guided techniques.
- Critical Skill: Must be proficient in Regional/Nerve Blocks to support the high volume of orthopedic patients.
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Anesthesiology.
- Experience: 2 years of post-residency experience preferred.
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) Medical License in hand (Required). No "willing to license" candidates due to the 90-day credentialing window.
- Certifications: Active ACLS and PALS (Required).
- Documentation: NPDB self-query dated within 6 months.
- Full disclosure of all malpractice history.
- 7 years of work history or list of last 10 assignments.
- Standard Timeframe: 90 days.
- Temporary Privileges: Available for "true urgent needs" and clean, non-complex files only; must be approved at the start of the process.
- Deadline: Providers must be fully cleared 2 business days prior to the May 10th start date.
