Admissions Nurse (RN) Opportunity at Fuller Hospital
Fuller Hospital is a 109‑bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts. The facility provides inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, treating adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, adolescents with psychiatric issues, and patients with co‑occurring psychiatric and substance‑abuse disorders. Fuller Hospital also offers a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).

This is a full‑time, day shift, 40‑hour per week position. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities

Oversee admissions to each unit of the hospital

Complete documentation and assessment of admissions to the hospital

Educate floor staff on the proper documentation/procedure of completing admissions

Perform audits of the Electronic Medical Record and Medication Administration Record

Assist the Director of Nursing and Education department with educating staff on the units
