pop-up café events , we bring matcha, chai, coffee, and specialty beverages to corporate offices, campuses, and community gatherings across the Bay Area. Our goal is simple: create spaces where people can

to help bring these experiences to life.
Role Overview
As a Ritual Host, you’ll help deliver Kash Café’s pop-up café experiences at events. This includes preparing drinks, welcoming guests, and supporting event setup and breakdown. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
hospitality, working with people, and being part of a creative café environment . No prior barista experience is required -
training will be provided .
Responsibilities
Prepare drinks including matcha, chai, coffee, and specialty beverages
Assist with event setup and breakdown
Maintain a clean and organized service station
Greet guests and guide them through the drink menu
Support batching, packing, and event preparation when needed
Help create a warm and welcoming environment for guests
Who We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
Enjoy interacting with people and creating positive experiences
Are reliable, organized, and punctual
Can stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Are excited to represent a growing café brand
Bonus if you have
Barista or hospitality experience
Event-based shifts across
Berkeley, San Francisco, and the Bay Area
Most events take place weekday mornings or afternoons
Occasional evening or weekend events
This role is perfect for students, baristas, or hospitality professionals looking for flexible work and event experience.
