Practice Balanced 50/50 OB/GYN mix Collaborative, low-turnover team Culture built on teamwork, flexibility, and strong clinical standards Support 6 Midwives (handle most vaginal deliveries 2 Nurse Practitioners OB Hospitalist + MFM support Robot Schedule 8:005:00 clinic (patients 8:30 4:15) 2435 patients/day Optional post-call days off Gradual ramp-up for new providers Call 1:6 rotation, 24-hour shifs- Midwife on call with you Volume 110 deliveries/month (group) 45% C-section rate No pregnancy terminations Compensation $250K$300K base Productivity model: keep 50% of GYN profits $400K-$450K earning potential year 1 Partnership Eligibility after 2 years.
