Registered Nurse Manager
to join our team! We are dedicated to redefining patient care during transitions, combining clinical excellence with a hospitality-focused environment.
This role provides leadership and support for the nursing department, assisting with compliance audits, staff mentoring, and daily operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced RN who can work in a fast‑paced environment, ensure high‑quality care, and uphold regulatory standards while contributing to a mission‑driven TCU setting.
Position Details
Position Type:
Full-Time (Including On-Call Responsibilities)
Wage Range:
$95,000 - $110,000 Annually, depending on experience
Location:
2775 Campus Dr, Plymouth, MN 55441
Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Nursing with management and compliance of the nursing department.
Meet high standards in administering and supervising health care services.
Assume responsibility and authority for the administration of the department in the absence of the Director of Nursing.
Mentor RN and direct care team in quality care and customer service.
Complete regular compliance audits and initiate training for improvement.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Skills and Requirements
Excels in a high paced environment.
Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required and must be in good standing.
BLS/CPR Certificate.
Knowledge of State and federal regulations.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work hands‑on with residents.
