JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active IN license (or ability to obtain)

• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new grads

• Other Qualifications: Subspecialty interests encouraged; EPIC proficiency

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient ENT care

• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation across multiple facilities

• Perform outpatient surgeries

• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation

• Collaborate with other providers in a collegial, supportive environment

• Contribute to system-wide ENT service growth and excellence
