Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Executive Assistant role located in Sunny Isles, FL. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high‑level administrative support, managing executive schedules, preparing expense reports, and ensuring the seamless execution of daily tasks. This role will also include coordinating communications on behalf of executives, scheduling meetings, and serving as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The individual will be pivotal in ensuring organizational efficiency and aiding in executive decision‑making processes.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and administrative support functions
Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
Proficiency in Executive Support and professionalism in handling confidential matters
Exceptional Communication skills, including both verbal and written communication
Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a similar role is highly valued
