
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate - Oncology

MaineHealth Cancer Care is recruiting for an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to work at Damariscotta Cancer Care. The growing general hematology/oncology practice in this beautiful coastal town is looking to add an additional APP to their current full‑time physician and full‑time PA. Responsibilities of the APP would involve staffing infusion and seeing routine follow‑up patients in clinic. This is a 40‑hour per week position. Call is required for this position, with an oncologist on call for back up.

The network is comprised of 11 hospital partners and provides comprehensive cancer care to more than 7,400 cancer patients annually.
Minimum Qualifications
Successful completion of an accredited Physician Associate or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program, with a Master’s Degree level of education.
Current Board Certification as a PA/ACNP.
Active State of Maine PA/NP license or eligible.
Minimum 2 years of oncology experience preferred.
