We are looking for a Production Control Supervisor to join our team, responsible for overseeing various critical aspects of our production and logistics processes. The Production Control Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to manage a production area to ensure the team meets Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets. The Production Supervisor builds effective team relationships to cultivate a culture of safe performance and strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
This position works closely with internal and external teams to maintain the highest production efficiencies while satisfying customer requirements. If you have a knack for operational excellence and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for this position.## Qualifications**QUALIFICATIONS*** Minimum of 2 or more years production control leadership experience* Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent experience is a plus* Proficient using computerized programs, especially Microsoft Office, ERP, SAP* Strong experience with environmental, health, and safety practices & standards* Must be able to lift 60lbs* Experience operating forklift, pallet jacks and other production equipment required for production control duties* Previous manufacturing experience, preferred* Knowledge of production tools and equipment* Strong communication and public speaking skills* Comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities* Demonstrate ability to establish credibility and be decisive, but still able to recognize and support the organization’s mission**Benefits:*** 401K* Relocation Bonus* Insurance Coverage (Medical, Dental, and Vision)* PTO (Paid Time Off)**ECOPLASTIC AMERICA is an Equal Opportunity Employer**
