
Sterile Processing Technician

Job Description
INTERVIEWING ASAP! The client that is hiring is located in St. Louis, MO.
Maintaining supply orders to ensure smooth operations. Attending meetings as required.
Keeps an accurate log of testing.
Cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing dental instruments to keep them ready for use and uphold the highest standards of care.
Maintains familiarity with and follows OSHA standards.
Ensures instruments are sterilized as soon as feasible when received into central sterilization.
Maintains the cleanliness and order of all areas of sterilization.
Uses the system to monitor and track instruments through sterilization.
Keeps the Lead Sterilization Tech apprised of any issues or concerns with equipment, supplies or procedures related to sterilization.
Meets the needs and special requests of the providers about instruments and handpieces.
Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a team to facilitate the Dental Center's ability to meet goals and objectives.

Qualifications
1-2 years of sterile processing experience (MUST HAVE)
Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
