Job Description
In this role, the Outpatient Therapist will provide diagnostic assessments and individual, family, and group psychotherapy to our clients. Holcomb serves a diverse population, covering the entire age and diagnostic spectrum.

What You'll Do
Conduct formal clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
Collaborate with legal and forensic systems.
Deliver crisis assessment and stabilization services as needed.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
Participate in all required individual and peer supervision.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in a clinical discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged - help us better serve our diverse community.
1+ year in behavioral health, with direct substance use and outpatient therapy experience.
Licensure: LPC preferred (LCSW, PsyD a plus); co-occurring certification encouraged - clinical supervision available.
Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and federal fingerprint-based background checks; Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification.
