Job Summary
Senior Helpers, a leading provider of in-home senior care, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Kennewick WA. This position is available on weekends with the flexibility of being on call. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care to seniors in their homes, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their safety and well-being. This is a part-time, hourly role in the healthcare/medical field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and making a meaningful impact in their lives.

Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes, following their personalized care plans
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Administer medications following clients\' healthcare plans
Help seniors with mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and engage seniors in meaningful activities
Monitor clients\' health and report any changes to the designated supervisor
Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the Senior Helpers team
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, and 18 years or older
Previous experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home care or facilities
Reliable transportation to get to shifts on time
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Good communication, time management, and organizational skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Willingness to work weekends and be on call
