$79,040 – $91,520 annually (based on experience and education)

Schedule
Primarily Monday – Friday
Two weekend days per month
Every 3rd weekend clinical on call
Additional $150 stipend per on-call weekend
On-call duties are clinical only (no staffing responsibilities)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to lead our long-term care team. This role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care, and supporting clinical operations in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff
Complete and update resident care plans
Lead and participate in family care meetings
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes
Document and manage care using Matrix EMR system
Participate in clinical on-call rotation every 3rd weekend
On-call duties are clinical only (no staffing responsibilities)

Qualifications
Active LPN or RN license (RN preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care or nursing home setting
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Experience with EMR required
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
