Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm (20 hours per week)

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess functional abilities, safety, and patient needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, functional mobility, upper-extremity rehab, chronic condition management, and cognitive/perceptual deficits.
Provide interventions for conditions commonly seen in adult and geriatric populations, including:

Stroke and neurological disorders
Orthopedic injuries and post-operative recovery
Arthritis, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal conditions
Balance impairments and fall risk
Cognitive decline or mild dementia

Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies, exercises, home programs, and durable medical equipment.
Collaborate closely with physicians, PTs, SLPs, and other interdisciplinary team members.
Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive clinic culture.
Qualifications & Experience

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Oregon OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience in outpatient or adult/geriatric rehabilitation strongly preferred
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in orthopedic occupational outpatient therapy
Patient & Work Details

1:1 patient sessions, 30-40 minutes each
Patient age range: 17-75 years
No on-call, weekend, or night shifts
