Responsibilities
Work under the direction of a supervisor.
Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties as directed.
Assist in setup of the compounding room, equipment, and supplies for the preparation of compounding sterile solutions.
Mix and package IV medications.
Periodically participate in inventory of the pharmacy.
Rotate stock of medication areas to assure quality control.
Maintain pharmacy standards, and adhere to policies.
Collaborate with others as a team player to support pharmacy goals.
Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Licensed GA Pharmacy Technician required.
IV medication experience required.
PTCB certified preferred.
Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
Previous data entry experience preferred.
Reliable and able to execute multiple tasks assigned.
Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
Ability to physically perform light lifting.
