Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time Caregiver role based in MA. The Caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility support. The role also involves providing companionship, fostering a safe and supportive environment, and ensuring the client’s comfort and well-being.
Qualifications
Experience in personal care, including assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Competence in meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to observe and report changes in client condition accurately
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends or holidays when needed
Previous caregiving experience or relevant training is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage
