Key Responsibilities
Assist in the response to trauma and medical emergencies across site
Support clinicians within the Medical Treatment Centre
Assist with patient assessment, basic care, and treatment delivery
Maintain equipment, vehicles, and clinical areas to a high standard
Ensure readiness of emergency equipment and supplies
Support patient movement and handling where required
Work collaboratively with site teams to support emergency preparedness
Maintain accurate records and adhere to clinical governance standards
Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and wellbeing across site
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and proactive Emergency Care Assistant who works well within a team and remains calm under pressure.
You will be required to have:
FREC4 qualification (or equivalent)
Blue light driving qualification
A full UK manual driving licence
You will ideally have:
Experience in emergency, ambulance, or healthcare settings
Good communication and teamwork skills
A proactive approach with the ability to support clinicians effectively
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
