Part-Time Days: 6am-2pm Monday-Friday, every other weekend required.

In-House Pool (IHP) – work a minimum of 16 hours per month!
CNA Responsibilities
Assist with daily hygiene: bathing, oral care, grooming, skin care, nail/hair care.
Support toileting and continence care, including perineal hygiene and changing incontinence products.
Dress/undress residents and assist with mobility, including ambulation, ROM exercises, and using assistive devices.
Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration; monitor intake/output.
Make beds, change linens, and maintain clean resident rooms.
Promptly respond to call lights and provide support with daily living needs.
Observe and report changes in resident conditions.
Accurately document care provided and participate in shift hand-offs.
What You Need
Education & Certification
Completion of the 105‑hour Indiana Nurse Aide Training Program or equivalent.
Active CNA certification in good standing with the Indiana Nurse Aide Registry.
Experience
Previous long‑term care or senior living experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.
Skills & Abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of medical terminology and elderly care needs.
Patience, empathy, and professionalism – even in challenging situations.
Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation.
Equipment You’ll Use
Lifts, bathing equipment, mobility aids, and medical monitoring devices.
Computers or tablets for charting and documentation.
