Overview
Sentara Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for a PRN role with flexible hours. The position is located at Sentara Home Care Services in Williamsburg, VA, with travel within a 40‑mile radius.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care for specific patient populations.
Manage a patient case load through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care.
Possess clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards required by specific clinical areas.
Qualifications
Associate's degree (required).
Registered Nurse license (required) – active in Virginia.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire (required).
At least 1 year of nursing experience (required).
Previous home care or hospice experience (preferred).
