Clinical Support Assistant: Entry-Level

We are looking for an Entry Level Clinical Support Assistant to join our team. Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Greet and room patients.
Assist Medical Assistant with follow-up patient activities as assigned.
Maintain orders module in EMR including, obtaining results from healthcare partners, following up with patients on outstanding orders, resolution of orders.
Assist with QI team QI goals, including outreach to patients who receive related referrals or test orders and follow up on MA aspects of Health Reminders.
Qualifications
Satisfactory completion of In-House Training for related responsibilities.
Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
High school Diploma or GED.
Ability to relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
