Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care in patient homes. Pay starts at $29 per hour. Shifts include full‑time and part‑time days, nights, and weekends.
Job Duties
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care.
Conduct on‑going patient care and assessments.
Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
Coordinate care.
Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
