Title
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) | Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Duties
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT), or Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct nursing care to the clients according to physicians’ orders and applicable client care standards, within their scope of practice. The nurse will provide direction to non‑licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operating the unit.

Qualifications

Current licensure in California as RN, LVN, or LPT.

Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.

Ability to supervise.

Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.

Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.

Current CPR and first aid certifications.

About the Campus
Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) located in Northern San Diego County, in the beautiful city of Fallbrook, the “Avocado Capital of the World.” We accomplish successful reintegration through various modalities—including classes, therapy, community service, and peer mentorship.

Pay Range
$32 - $40 USD per hour
