Hospice Admissions RN - Flexible Part-Time, Home Visits

VNS Health is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to Hospice patients in New York City. You will assess and address patients' needs, coordinate care, and manage nursing care plans. The position requires licensure in New York, and a minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in Hospice. The salary range for this role is USD $118,942.00 – USD $152,717.00 annually.
