About the Role
Answer the phone, gauge routine versus emergency cases, schedule appointments, greet clients, admit and check out patients, process payments, manage financial information, and communicate with staff and clients.
Work efficiently and professionally in a fast‑paced emergency setting, remain calm during stressful situations, and provide clear, compassionate communication to clients.
Experience & Skills Required
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently
Exceptional customer‑service skills with a positive attitude
Multitasking and organizational abilities
Typing speed of 60–80 words per minute
Prior experience in a veterinary clinic preferred
