Night Shift Post Surgical Unit RN – Full Time
USPI Arizona Specialty Hospital invites applications for a Night Shift Post Surgical Unit RN (Full Time) position. The role involves providing nursing care to post‑surgical patients in a heightened standard of care, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and supporting a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Job Summary
Provide all nursing care services for post‑surgical patients.
Ensure highest quality and safe delivery of patient care, maintaining compliance with professional nursing, Joint Commission, and all Federal and State standards.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an RN in a hospital Medical/Surgery or ICU unit (preferred).
Current Arizona RN License.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
PALS recommended (not required).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organization habits.
Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
Skill in prioritizing and organizing workload to meet patient and unit needs.
