Responsibilities
Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services.
Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders.
Flexible scheduling options.
Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards.
Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams.
Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties.

What we need from you
Must be licensed in Maryland as a:
Licensed Certificated Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C)
Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
The pay range for this position is $70,019.40 minimum to $84,872.00 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, license, years and level of related experience.
