Position Overview
We’re hiring per diem Home Infusion RNs to provide direct patient care in the home setting. You’ll administer IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitor patients during treatment, and perform ongoing assessments.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the home setting, including administration of IV and subcutaneous infusions.
Monitor patients during treatment and perform ongoing assessments.
Collaborate with the care team to coordinate treatment and ensure patient safety.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience
Active RN license in a compact state or the state where you’re applying
Valid driver’s license
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Proficiency in medication administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Spanish-speaking and bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
