Overview
Full-Time Licensed Clinical Supervisor
to oversee clinical operations and ensure documentation compliance.
Responsibilities
Supervise clinical documentation, treatment plans, and assessments for residential and community services.
Provide training, support, and supervision to Clinical Care Case Managers, residential counselors, and other staff.
Review electronic billing, facilitate audits, and ensure adherence to timelines and rehabilitative language.
Coordinate with providers, conduct assessments, and develop billable treatment plans.
Lead crisis intervention, support high-risk youth, and maintain compliance with licensing standards and policies.
Deliver group and individual therapy, training, and community linkages.
Maintain proper licensure, participate in training, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, LICSW licensure, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work with diverse populations. Compensation is $80,000/year with benefits.
