The model is simple: show up Monday through Wednesday and earn $93,000–$96,000 a year. Add Thursday to your schedule and that number climbs to $124,000–$128,000. Either way, Friday through Sunday are yours — always. No nights, no on-call, no last‑minute schedule changes, and every patient visit confirmed one week before you walk through the door.
You’ll carry an assigned territory across Cumberland, Berks, York, Lebanon, Montgomery, and Northampton Counties — building real relationships with patients and facility teams in a wound care specialty that rewards clinical precision, genuine compassion, and a provider who shows up consistently and cares deeply about outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Float across skilled nursing and post-acute facilities in assigned PA county territory
Conduct thorough wound evaluations, physical exams, and patient assessments
Operate UltraMIST device for advanced wound treatment (full training and certification pathway provided)
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostics as clinically indicated
Design and manage individualized wound care treatment plans
Maintain accurate visit documentation via mobile EMR on provided iPad
Deliver wound care education to patients, families, and facility staff
Collaborate closely with attending physicians and facility care teams
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania NP license — board certified only (board‑eligible not accepted)
AGACNP, AGPCNP, AGNP, ANP, CNM, CNS, or DNP credential
DEA license and full prescriptive authority required
Minimum 1 year wound care, skilled nursing, or post‑acute care experience (LPN experience considered)
Organized, tech‑comfortable, and confident practicing autonomously across multiple locations
HIPAA and OSHA familiarity required
Schedule & Compensation
3 days/week (M–W): $93,000–$96,000/year
4 days/week (M–Th): $124,000–$128,000/year
Monday–Wednesday or Monday–Thursday only
No nights | No weekends | No on‑call | Ever
All visits pre-scheduled one full week in advance
