Urinary drainage device management
Coordination of care
Disease management
Medication reconciliation
Case management
Qualifications
Prior home health experience
Skilled in performing OASIS assessments
Nice to Have Skills
OASIS certification
Wound certification
Required Certifications
CPR
Unencumbered nursing license
