Part-Time Massage Therapist (Room Sublease Opportunity)
Evexia is seeking
TWO
part-time licensed massage therapists to
sublease
a fully built-out treatment room within our clinic. This is an ideal opportunity for an established therapist who already has a client base and is looking to operate independently within a premium, health-focused environment.
This role is best suited for someone ready to grow their personal brand and business while benefiting from the credibility, aesthetics, and systems of a high-end clinical setting.

Integration into a multidisciplinary clinic environment (functional medicine, chiropractic rehab, metabolic health)
Use of our EHR system for documentation and scheduling (optional)
Ability to operate during clinic hours
Opportunity for cross-referrals within the clinic
A space designed to elevate both patient experience and practitioner credibility
Business Structure
This is a sublease arrangement
Therapist is responsible for:
Building and maintaining their own client base
Managing their own pricing, services, and schedule
Paying a fixed monthly rent for use of the space
Therapist retains 100% of revenue collected from clients
Business Operating Hours
Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm
Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm

Already has an established clientele
Is looking to transition out of working under another clinic/spa

Requirements
Active Minnesota Massage Therapy License (or applicable certification)
Professional liability insurance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment space
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience working in a clinical or performance-based setting
Interest in collaborating with other healthcare providers
Specialized techniques (deep tissue, sports massage, medical massage, etc.)
