Location: Jacksonville Campus

Classification Title: Clinical Programs Coordinator I
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing clients in PrEP education, enrollment, and follow-ups across clinic, mobile unit, homes, telephone, or virtual encounters.
Maintain an active caseload, providing interventions within scope of expertise and credential limits.
Work with clients regularly, applying professional judgment to address barriers to enrollment and adherence to PrEP.
Support clients navigating the clinic system and community resources.
Collect, enter, and store client data (hard copy and electronic) securely, adhering to privacy guidelines.
Act as liaison to outreach staff, offering HIV and STD counseling, education, testing, and prevention services.
Assist with marketing and promotion of outreach services and, if applicable, operate/driving the UF CARES Mobile Unit.
Attend relevant meetings and meet regularly with supervisor to exchange information.
Liaise with clinical staff (Clinical Service Representatives, Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, Providers) to facilitate linkage to PrEP clinical services.
Coordinate with the 340B Program Coordinator for insured clients’ enrollment processes.
Collect client information and refer to appropriate agencies for healthcare marketplace insurance or other services.
Complete all required trainings and ongoing certifications; participate in continuing education to remain knowledgeable in area of expertise.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field or equivalent education/experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with experience in Health Education and knowledge of PrEP.
Salary: $43,888 to $55,000 annually, depending on education and experience.
Additional Requirement: Health Assessment Required.
