Pharmacist
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in a closed‑door pharmacy that also offers retail services. The pharmacy fills approximately 3,400 prescriptions monthly, primarily serving a small rural community. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with patients and work collaboratively with three pharmacy technicians.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with three pharmacy technicians to efficiently fill prescriptions.
Manage both retail and closed‑door pharmacy operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients in a small rural community.
Ensure the accuracy and safety of dispensed medications.
Essential Skills
Pharmacy experience in both retail and clinical settings.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Current pharmacist license in the state of Missouri.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or PharmD in Pharmacy.
Experience as a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) is beneficial.
Work Environment
The work schedule is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM. The pharmacy is located in a small rural area, offering a close‑knit community atmosphere.
Job Type & Location
This is a contract position based out of Warrenton, MO.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $63.00 - $65.00/hr.
