Responsibilities & Qualifications
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures
Document patient care according to standards of care
Develop, initiate, and execute personalized patient care plans
Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance
Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support patient care across units
Utilize critical thinking to ensure patient safety and elevate concerns appropriately
Need 2 years experience in setting
Current IL License, CPR, ACLS, NIHSS required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; education verification required
