Overview
MaxHealth in Plant City is looking to hire a full-time Front Office Representative to assist with check-in and check-out functions, collecting co-payments, scheduling patients, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service overall.

This healthcare position earns a competitive wage, depending on experience. We provide benefits, including health benefits, a 401k plan, life insurance, long-term disability, paid holidays, and PTO (paid time off).

Location: 2507 Thonotosassa Road, Plant City.

Normal hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly upon arrival and provide focused and empathetic patient care.

Assist with check-in and check-out, collect co-payments, and schedule appointments.

Answer phones and provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality.

Assist patients with forms or paperwork as needed.

Qualifications

Candidate must be very experienced at the front desk.

Candidate must be bilingual and speak fluently in Spanish and English.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and facility software systems; EMR/EHR experience preferred.

Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.

Additional Details
Starting Salary: $17.00 per hour.
