A prestigious academic medical center in Los Angeles, California is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) for a full-time outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic role. Working in collaborative practice with the Medical Director, attending physicians, and fellows, this NP will provide independent clinical assessment and patient care management for a complex oncology population — with minimal direct supervision and full interdisciplinary support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide independent clinical assessment and care management for Hematology/Oncology patients
Implement Standardized Procedures (SPs) in collaborative practice with attending physicians and fellows
Function autonomously with minimal direct supervision in an outpatient clinic setting
Collaborate with Medical Director, attendings, and interdisciplinary oncology team
Manage complex hematology/oncology patient caseload across outpatient visits
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation per institutional standards
Qualifications
AGACNP board certification required
1–3 years of oncology or hematology/oncology NP experience preferred
Self‑directed with ability to function with minimal supervision
Experience in outpatient academic medical center settings a plus
Schedule & Compensation
$93.81–$133.97/hour
Full-time | Five 8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday
